Emuobo Natasha Ajuya

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Natasha is an accomplished operations and project management professional with a dynamic career spanning the banking, media, and healthcare sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer of Avilia Healthcare Ltd, she brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and business transformation.

Prior to joining Avilia, she held key leadership roles including Operations Manager at Access Bank and CFO & Group Head of Resources at Rage Media. In these roles, she was instrumental in streamlining operational workflows, launching new business units, and implementing enterprise systems that improved efficiency and profitability.

She holds a BSc in Economics from Covenant University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Her academic and professional background includes certifications in Construction Project Management (Columbia University via Coursera), Accounting (ACCA Diploma), and Banking (CIBN).

Driven by a passion for innovation and growth, she has also successfully founded and managed two SMEs, showcasing her entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented leadership.

Chief Financial Officer

She possesses a BSC and MSC in Accounting and Finance from Osun State University and Bingham University respectively. She is seasoned professional Accountant, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has over 15 years cognate experience in the area of Internal Control, Audit and compliance, budgeting, Finance and administration, financial reporting, tax management etc.
